Setup checklist
Five things decide whether your profit number is right. Each line below is read live from your own data — nothing here is ticked by default, and the list disappears on its own once everything is green.
What LiveProfit does without you
So you know what you are not supposed to maintain by hand.
Orders, every 5 minutes
New paid orders, refunds and their line items are pulled automatically. Test and unpaid orders are ignored.
Ad spend, every day
Each connected platform is polled daily and past spend is backfilled when you connect. Platforms keep consolidating for 24–48 h, so yesterday can still move.
Shopify costs, both ways
The Cost per item you set in Shopify flows in. A cost you type here is kept forever — a catalogue sync never overwrites it.
Supplier invoices
With Zendrop or CJ connected, the estimated COGS of a fulfilled order is replaced by what your supplier actually charged.
Exchange rates
Multi-currency totals convert at the rate of each spend or order day, not today's rate.
Anomaly checks
Coverage gaps, sync stalls and unprofitable products are flagged on the dashboard as they appear.
